Credit Refund Policy
While DavinciTeam agents will happily refund credits under nearly all circumstances where an original process fails, even if the failure's root was in an incorrect step taken by the customer, we do reserve the right to refuse credit refunds to anyone at any time, at the sole discretion of DavinciTeam.
Legalese aside, potential and current customers should note that we are more then willing to work with all clients until they are happy with the results. Because some customers abuse our generosity (i.e. by citing an error and requesting a refund only to flash a second device) we do need to place legal restrictions on this service as a form of protection.
