Unlock Statuses (VALIDATION, IN CALC, etc)
and client software. Below you’ll find a definition for each of the status codes:
VALIDATION – Part of the fraud detection process, can delay the process up to several days.
QUEUE – Information from your phone is being stored for further MAP calculation.
IN CALC – MAP file is currently being calculated in our system.
MAP READY – Your MAP file has been calculated and you can proceed to step 2 in the unlocking process via the DavinciTeam client software.
UNLOCKED – The MAP file has been written to your phone and it is currently unlocked.
